Trailer Service Lube Tech

Local transportation company is looking for a Trailer Lube Technician

Job Requirements:

· Perform preventative maintenance inspections on Flatbed trailers to ensure all vehicles and equipment are operating correctly.

· Document all work performed on fleet equipment.

· Assist with the administrative aspects of complying with state and federal laws, including completing forms and renewing certifications/licenses.

• Basic mechanical skills
• Operate material handling equipment
• Knowledge of cargo securement, strapping and tarping a plus
• The ability to follow instructions, either while working independently, or as part of a team
• Maintain cleanliness' of yard and work areas
• Demonstrate the ability to work safely and properly use equipment
• Knowledge of minor mechanical and or building maintenance skills a plus
• Possess a solid work history
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
