Trailer Technician

We are currently looking for a Trailer Technician to start immediately at Arrow Trailer and Equipment Co.

Arrow Trailer & Equipment Co. was incorporated in December 1956 as a dealer for Dorsey Trailers, Inc. Through four generations over 60+ years, Arrow Trailer has served the Central Illinois area as a family-owned Full-Service Trailer Dealer. We have 12 service bays staffed by mechanics with over 75+ years of experience.

We offer the following in addition to new and used trailer sales: Trailer repairs on most makes and models of trailers, extensive trailer parts inventories, storage trailer and container rental, steel and aluminum welding, plasma cutting, ABS diagnostics, tarp sales and installation, dump trailer liner sales and installation, Aero Conestoga 2 sales and installation, major wreck repairs, sandblasting and painting and Western Snow Plow sales and installation.

Summary

As a Trailer Technician, you will diagnose and service trailers of all brands in a safe and professional manner. Initial job duties include but are not limited to: Trailer Inspections, DOT Inspections, Preventative maintenance, ABS Diagnosis

We will provide on the job training for the right individual although mechanical experience is required. You are required to have your own tools.

Uniforms provided and full benefits available after 60 days. Potential for monthly bonuses

Pay is based on knowledge and experience

Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

No WEEKENDS. PAID HOLIDAYS. PTO.
