Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Accountant who is eager to gain comprehensive training and exposure to key accounting functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and develop expertise in financial management, payments processing, and international transactions using ODOO ERP software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts on ODOO: Learn to effectively handle daily accounting tasks within the ODOO ERP system, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating accurate financial reports.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements to provide insights that support business decisions.
• Payments Preparation: Support the finance team in preparing payments accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Payment Follow-Up: Engage in proactive follow-up with vendors and clients to ensure timely receipt and disbursement of payments.
• Preparation of Pay Orders: Gain experience in preparing pay orders and managing related documentation with attention to detail.
• International Payments: Be trained in managing complex international payment processes such as Letters of Credit, contracts, and advance payments, understanding global finance protocols.
• Returnable Instruments Follow-Up: Assist in tracking and ensuring the release of returnable financial instruments, maintaining accurate records and coordination with relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated from B. Com
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior exposure to accounting software is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
