Trainee – Accounts & Finance

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi. Candidates residing near Port Qasim will be given preference. We don't provide transport only fuel allowance.

About the Role

White Eagle Engineering (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Trainee to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience and build a successful career in accounting and finance within a leading manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash management activities.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
• Support tax-related documentation and statutory compliance.
• Perform data entry in ERP/accounting software.
• Assist with inventory and fixed asset records.
• Carry out other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (BBA, B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or up to one year of relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
