Trainee Chat Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Convert conversations into successful sales
• Maintain high-quality chat standards and quick response times

Requirements:

• Strong written English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
• Matric / Intermediate (O/A Levels or English certification is a plus)
