Job Description

Flexspeed Technology is hiring CNC Service Engineer – Trainees to support installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of CNC machines. This role is ideal for fresh engineers who want hands-on exposure to Japanese and European CNC machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and commissioning of CNC machines
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Learn troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Assist in machine alignment, geometry checks, and accuracy tests
• Support servicing of spindles, tool changers, rotary tables, and chucks
• Prepare service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with service and application teams
• Travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Production
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes
• Willingness to travel and work on-site
• Good learning attitude and problem-solving skills
