Trainee Engineer – Network & Infrastructure

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our team.

Education

• Graduate: BS / BES
• Trade / Specialization:
• Telecommunication (1st Priority)
• Electronics or Computer Systems (2nd Priority)

Experience

• Fresh graduates.
• Candidates with 3–6 months of internship experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in network design, monitoring, and infrastructure management
• Support firewall configuration and commissioning
• Participate in VPN tunneling setup and administration
• Assist with VLAN, SVI, SSID, and routing configurations
• Gain hands-on exposure to RF, OFC, and Ethernet communication mediums
• Support virtual environments, containerization, and kernel-based server

The selected trainee will receive structured hands-on training in:

• Enterprise network and communication systems
• IT and network infrastructure operations
• Virtualized and container-based environments
• Server administration and system monitoring

Prerequisites

• Strong interest in networking and communication technologies
• Willingness to learn and work in a technical environment
• Basic understanding of computer networks and systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
