Trainee Estimating Engineer ( Only Males)

We are looking for a Trainee Estimating Engineer (Male only) who has a strong interest in the construction field and wants to start a professional career in estimation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bahria Town, suitable for fresh graduates or junior-level engineers who are motivated to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

Eligibility & Requirements

• Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

(Final-year students are also encouraged to apply)

• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data handling
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to learn new software and tools efficiently
• Familiarity with PlanSwift and Bluebeam will be considered an advantage
• Good communication skills with a team-oriented approach
• Capable of working under deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior estimators in quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for U.S.-based residential and commercial projects
• Review and understand architectural and structural drawings
• Assist in preparing spreadsheets, estimation summaries, and project documents
• Learn and use industry tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and RSMeans
• Help with routine estimation tasks, data entry, and reporting
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
