Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Trainee in High Tech Agriculture who is eager to learn modern farming techniques such as *hydroponics, vertical farming, mushroom cultivation, and climate-controlled production systems*.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in *future-focused agriculture and agri-technology*.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivation of microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers
• Support mushroom spawn and production processes
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and lighting systems
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas
• Help in harvesting, packaging, and quality control
• Record daily production and environmental data
• Learn and implement modern agricultural techniques

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate / Diploma / Bachelor’s (Agriculture preferred but not mandatory)
• Age: 18–28 years
• Strong interest in *modern farming / agri-tech*
• Willingness to work in controlled environments (greenhouse / indoor farms)
• Hardworking, disciplined, and quick learner
