Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional appearance and management of HR section and reception desk
- Circulate internal/external memos, notices, and advertisements
- Follow up with staff regarding daily assignments and routine work
- Maintain attendance, leaves, absences, and holidays records
- Manage hiring, resignation, termination, and employee record files
- Perform multitasking duties with strong attention to detail and initiative
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding registrations
Requirements
- Minimum BS in HRM/BBA/ or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- At least 1 year experience in HR or Administration
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, EOBI & SESSI procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
Facilities
- Pick & Drop facility will be provided
- Female candidates residing near North Karachi will be preferred
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
