Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional appearance and management of HR section and reception desk
  • Circulate internal/external memos, notices, and advertisements
  • Follow up with staff regarding daily assignments and routine work
  • Maintain attendance, leaves, absences, and holidays records
  • Manage hiring, resignation, termination, and employee record files
  • Perform multitasking duties with strong attention to detail and initiative
  • Follow up with customers and vendors regarding registrations

Requirements

  • Minimum BS in HRM/BBA/ or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • At least 1 year experience in HR or Administration
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, EOBI & SESSI procedures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment

Facilities

  • Pick & Drop facility will be provided
  • Female candidates residing near North Karachi will be preferred

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
