Trainee HR Executive

We are Leading Surgical & Healthcare Company Based at Ahmedabad. With State of the Art Manufacturing Facility at Kathwada GIDC Area near Nikol.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee HR – with focus on Talent Acquisition to support our growing workforce needs. The role is open to Freshers from Final Year Students of BBA / MBA with Specialization in Human Resources.

Role Overview

The Trainee HR (Talent Acquisition) will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes to support hiring across Departments.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with department heads.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and telephonic screenings.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job advertisements on free and paid job portals.
• Support bulk hiring for production and operational roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
