Trainee IT Support Engineer

• Provide first-level IT support for end users
• Install, configure, and support Windows 11, MS Office 365, printers, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, OS, email, and basic network issues
• Assist in user account management, password resets, and access permissions
• Maintain IT systems, ensure system uptime, and follow support procedures
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with proper documentation
• Maintain logs, incident records, and basic IT documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs36,000.00 per month
