About the Role:

RedApple Restaurant is looking to hire energetic and motivated Trainee Managers for our branches in Gulshan, Johar, and PECHS. This role is ideal for young professionals who want to build a career in restaurant operations, team management, customer service, and business execution.

The selected candidates will be trained according to RedApple’s operational standards and will support branch-level improvements, staff coordination, customer experience, and daily restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the branch management team in daily restaurant operations

- Support staff supervision, customer service, and order management

- Help maintain service quality, hygiene, and operational standards

- Coordinate with different departments for smooth branch operations

- Learn and follow company SOPs, reporting formats, and management systems

- Take responsibility for assigned operational tasks and performance follow-ups

- Support future operational transformation and process improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile:

- Preferably not more than 25 years of age

- Highly energetic with a strong willingness to learn

- Pleasant personality with good communication skills

- Able to communicate well in Urdu and English

- Preferably a graduate

- Basic IT skills with hands-on knowledge of MS Office

- Calm, composed, and responsible under pressure

- Proactive attitude with a strong “can-do” mindset

- Interested in building a long-term career in restaurant management

Preferred Areas:

Candidates living near or able to commute to Gulshan, Johar, or PECHS will be preferred.

Experience:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior restaurant, retail, customer service, or team supervision experience will be a plus.

Salary:

Market competitive, based on profile and interview.
