Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Officer - Supply Chain to join our team in Islamabad. This position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their career in Supply Chain and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating supply chain activities
- Support procurement, inventory, and logistics processes
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to supply chain operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor stock levels and assist with demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility / Requirements:
- BBA/MBA/MS with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Recently Graduated
- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
