Trainee Quality Assurance Analyst

Phenologix is looking for fresh and motivated individuals to join as Trainee QA Analysts. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates who are interested in software testing, problem solving, and quality assurance, and want to build a long-term career in QA.

As a Trainee QA , you will get the opportunity to learn and work on supporting QA activities in real projects. This role is designed for individuals who are proactive, confident, and eager to learn.

Responsbilities

• Learn the fundamentals of software testing and QA processes.
• Understand and work on writing basic test cases from requirements.
• Assist in executing manual test cases under guidance.
• Learn how to identify bugs and report them clearly.
• Understand SDLC and STLC processes in real project environments.
• Work closely with QA team members and complete tasks as assigned.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and practices and build understanding of real-world testing scenarios.
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates (no prior QA experience required).
• Strong interest in problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Good mathematical and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong academic background (good CGPA preferred).
• Good understanding of SDLC / STLC.
• Internship or academic project experience.
• Familiarity with basic testing concepts (manual testing, bugs, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology is a must.
