Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Kinekta (part of the Synapri Group) are a young, hungry & passionate specialist Renewal Energy recruitment business. Our ambitous growth plans means we are now looking to hire additional Recruitment Consultants to join our highly experienced team on our exciting growth journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team who truly enjoy helping organisations within the Renewable Energy industry grow. You need to be tenacious, driven and open to learning and developing alongside very experienced and successful recruiters. You will need to be a strong communicator, adaptable and a motivated self-starter. Ideally, you will already have had some experience as a Recruitment Consultant or have worked within B2B sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 20,000- 30,000. With Commission, income in first year can be (phone number removed) which will grow to (phone number removed)+ by year two
