Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Dubai

Maxwell Marshall is expanding into Dubai, and we’re hiring ambitious trainee recruiters to join our first cohort.

We’re a specialist recruitment firm working with investors, startups, and high-growth companies across emerging and frontier markets. We’ve placed talent in 25+ cities across five continents — and Dubai is our next major growth hub.

What you’ll be doing

• Learning how to source, assess, and place top talent

• Supporting searches for global startups and leading investment funds

• Building relationships with candidates and clients

• Taking ownership of your own desk as you develop
