Responsibilities


As a Trainee, your role is focused on learning the core functions of the recruitment process.


  • Candidate Sourcing and Development: Actively search for and engage with legal professionals (Attorneys, Paralegals, etc.) using social media, specialized databases, networking, and direct headhunting.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a strong professional network of candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews to understand their career aspirations and motivations.
  • Market Research: Research law firms and corporate legal departments across Florida to identify hiring trends, understand organizational cultures, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Client Support: Assist senior consultants in preparing candidate shortlists, drafting job advertisements, managing interview schedules, and gathering feedback from both clients and candidates.
  • Process Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all recruitment activities comply with professional and ethical standards.
  • New Business Lead Generation: Support the team's business development efforts by identifying potential clients and assisting in introductory outreach and marketing campaigns.
