Trainee Technician

We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Trainee Technicians to join our technical operations department. This is an entry-level program designed for fresh technical diploma holders who want to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure technology, including CCTV, Networking, and Power Systems. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you will learn to maintain and troubleshoot critical systems that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Training: Undergo intensive on-the-job training to understand toll plaza hardware, network infrastructure, and power backup systems.
• Field Assistance: Assist senior technicians in the installation and repair of cameras, lane controllers, and electronic sensors.
• Hardware Maintenance: Learn to perform routine preventive maintenance, such as cleaning lenses, checking cable connections, and testing battery health.
• Troubleshooting Support: Help diagnose basic hardware and connectivity issues under supervision to ensure minimal operational downtime.
• Reporting: Maintain simple logs of daily activities and assist in keeping the technical inventory organized.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols while working near traffic lanes or with electrical equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 6 months (Fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Computer Hardware.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per hour
