Job Description
Role Overview
The intern will provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to Front Office RMs and Assistant RMs. This role offers hands on exposure to client servicing, account management, and daily front-office operations within a private banking/wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Support

Support Head of Wealth Management in Ad Hoc projects

Assist RMs and Assistant RMs with preparation of presentation materials and summaries.

Support onboarding processes by helping collect, verify, and checking required documentation.

Prepare basic client account overviews, transaction summaries, and relationship data updates.
-
Help respond to routine client queries under supervision.
Operational & Administrative Tasks

Assist in processing account-related requests (e.g., updates, forms, KYC checks) under the guidance of the team.

Support daily operational follow-up such as pending documentation, outstanding signatures, or internal workflow tasks.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated in the internal systems.

Help coordinate internal approvals with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other departments.
Data & Reporting

Prepare reports for RMs/Assistant RMs, including asset movements, transaction reports, and internal dashboards.

Conduct basic market or product research as needed for client presentations.

Liaise with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Investment Specialists) for follow-ups and information gathering.

Help monitor progress on client requests and ensure timely resolution of pending matters.

Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with internal procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
General Support

Provide ad-hoc support to RMs and Assistant RMs on projects and initiatives.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client service standards.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics;
-
Familiar with banking functions and services (products and financial markets);
-
Very good communication skills; stress resistant;

Regular use of MS Office suite;

Fluent English, French & Arabic, an asset;
