Position: Trainee Yoga Instructor
Location: Healing Temple – Dr. Arhat Homoeo Clinic

Role Overview:

The Trainee Yoga Instructor will undergo structured training in therapeutic yoga while assisting senior instructors and doctors in delivering safe, effective yoga sessions for patients with lifestyle and chronic health conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:A. Training & Learning Responsibilities:

• Learn therapeutic yoga protocols for various health conditions under supervision.
• Understand basic anatomy, breath awareness, posture alignment, and safety guidelines.
• Study yoga-based lifestyle management for diabetes, obesity, PCOD, thyroid disorders, stress, joint issues, and gut health.
• Attend all internal training modules, workshops, and assessments.

B. Practical Assistance Responsibilities:

• Assist senior yoga instructors during offline and online yoga sessions.
• Help patients with posture correction and breathing techniques under guidance.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and calm environment during sessions.
• Manage attendance records and batch coordination.

C. Patient Interaction & Support:

• Guide patients politely and respectfully during yoga practice.
• Encourage regularity, consistency, and mindful practice.
• Observe patient limitations and report concerns to senior instructors or doctor.

D. Administrative & Support Duties:

• Assist in preparing yoga hall, mats, and props.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of yoga space.
• Support basic documentation and follow-up coordination.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Certification or ongoing course in Yoga (preferred).
• Strong interest in therapeutic and clinical yoga.
• Willingness to learn and grow under supervision.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Discipline, punctuality, and professional attitude.

Training & Growth Opportunity:

• Structured learning with exposure to therapeutic yoga protocols.
• Opportunity to progress to Yoga Instructor / Therapeutic Yoga Trainer based on performance.
• Hands-on experience in a clinical healing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
