- Proactive and experienced BPO Trainer with 2+ years of training experience in leading US voice campaigns within Rawalpindi/Islamabad call centers
- Proven track record of improving agent performance, CSAT scores, and onboarding efficiency through effective training modules
- Expertise in Sales, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, DME, and QA training

Passion for developing raw talent into top-performing agents
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Trainer OR 3+ years as a top-performing agent looking to transition into a training role
- Strong knowledge of:
- Medicare
- Final Expense
- ACA
- DME
- Other US-based voice campaigns
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Ability to conduct:
- Product training
- Sales training
- Compliance sessions
