MacGregor Black is proud to partner with a leading Beverage Distributor in their search for a Trainer – Beer , based full-time in Dubai .

This is a high-energy, high-visibility role responsible for delivering best-in-class beer training, perfect serve standards, and category education across the UAE’s top on-trade venues. You’ll bring premium beer brands to life through engaging sessions, trade support, activations, and ambassadorial work — shaping quality standards across one of the world’s most competitive and dynamic hospitality markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, high-impact beer training across top on-trade venues, aligned to brand KPIs and category standards.
• Educate bar teams on beer history, brewing, ingredients, storage, dispense systems, perfect pour techniques, and serve rituals.
• Support on-trade activations, events, competitions, masterclasses, and PATH programmes across the UAE.
• Conduct trade visits to ensure quality execution and drive ongoing engagement through mystery shops and follow-up sessions.
• Act as the beer category ambassador internally, inspiring passion and knowledge across sales, marketing, and retail teams.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to strengthen distribution, visibility, and menu presence for focus brands.
• Produce accurate reporting on training delivered, outlet performance, POS use, activation results, and improvement actions.
• Represent the business at key events, trade shows, and partner activations.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in beverage training, beer education, bartender training, or brand ambassador roles.
• Strong understanding of beer production, styles, dispense, and on-trade operational standards.
• WSET Beer, Cicerone, Institute of Brewing & Distilling, or similar certifications are essential.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working in fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environments.
• Passionate, energetic, organised, and able to work autonomously across multiple venues.
• Fluent in English.

• Tax-free monthly salary: AED 16,000 – 20,000 (dependent on experience)
