Role Overview
The Jr. Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on technical and behavioural training sessions for Urban Company’s cleaning professionals. The role focuses on ensuring every partner understands UC’s cleaning standards, service protocols, hygiene norms, and customer handling expectations, thereby maintaining high-quality service delivery across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and classroom training on home and deep cleaning processes, tools, and equipment usage.
- Deliver soft skills and customer etiquette training to enhance service quality.
- Support the onboarding and certification of new cleaning partners.
- Assist in the implementation of refresher and up skilling programs under Senior Trainer guidance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and chemical handling standards as per UC and UAE norms.
- Maintain accurate training attendance, assessment results, and certification records.
- Conduct on-site audits and field observations to provide coaching and feedback to partners.
- Share insights and partner feedback with Senior Trainer and Category teams for process improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and procedures.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills in a multilingual environment.
- Empathetic and patient trainer who can connect with field partners.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and safety compliance.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented in maintaining training records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Facility Management, or related fields preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience, including 2+ years in cleaning operations or training roles.
- Prior experience training blue-collar or partner workforce in UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
- Languages: English and Hindi, Arabic/Tagalog an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE hygiene and chemical safety protocols preferred.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
