Trainer & Course Content Developer – AI, Copilot & Business Intelligence

Skillova is looking for an experienced Trainer & Course Content Developer to design and deliver end-to-end AI and productivity training programs for business audiences.

This role requires someone who can confidently teach AI concepts, Microsoft Copilot-style productivity, AI agents, automation, analytics, and no-code predictive modelling — all in a clear, practical, business-first way.

What You Must Be Able to Teach AI Fundamentals for Business

• How modern AI works (conceptually, not mathematically)
• What AI can vs cannot do in real organizations
• Responsible and ethical AI usage
• Risks, limitations, and common misuse
• Identifying high-value AI use cases across departments

2️ AI-Powered Workplace Productivity (Copilot-Style)

• Using AI to:
• Draft, rewrite, summarize, and structure documents
• Analyze data using natural language
• Create presentations from text or files
• Summarize emails, meetings, and conversations
• Teaching cross-tool workflows, not isolated features
• Explaining data security, permissions, and organizational boundaries clearly

3️ Power BI & AI-Assisted Analytics

• Business-first Power BI concepts:
• KPIs, dashboards, and storytelling
• Executive-ready reporting
• Using AI to:
• Explore data faster
• Generate insights and explanations
• Support decision-making
• Teaching forecasting, trends, and “why metrics changed” at a business level
• Explaining results clearly to non-technical stakeholders

4️ Power Automate & No-Code Automation

• Explaining automation concepts in business language
• Designing approval workflows, notifications, and multi-step processes
• Teaching how AI enhances automation (AI-assisted flows)
• Helping learners identify processes worth automating
• Connecting automation to measurable business value

5️ AI Agents (Copilot Studio)

• Explaining the difference between chatbots and AI agents
• Designing goal-driven conversations
• Teaching how agents:
• Answer from trusted knowledge sources
• Trigger actions and workflows
• Support multiple business use cases
• Deployment, access control, testing, and governance
• Teaching adoption and safe scaling of AI agents

6️ No-Code Predictive Modelling

• Explaining predictive analytics in plain business terms
• Teaching:
• Regression vs classification
• Forecasting and scenario analysis
• Using no-code / low-code tools to:
• Build predictive models
• Interpret results using business metrics
• Integrating predictions into dashboards and reports
• Explaining governance, monitoring, and responsible use

7️ Adoption, Change & Leadership Enablement

• Teaching managers how to:
• Introduce AI to teams
• Reduce resistance and fear
• Drive real usage (not just training attendance)
• Measuring adoption, impact, and value
• Embedding AI into daily workflows sustainably

Core Responsibilities

• Design high-quality slide decks with strong learning flow
• Write trainer notes, explanations, and examples
• Create hands-on exercises, scenarios, and case studies
• Translate technical topics into clear, business-friendly language
• Adapt content for:
• Non-technical professionals
• Managers and decision-makers
• Mixed-ability enterprise groups
• Ensure training is practical, realistic, and immediately usable

Required Experience & Skills

You should have strong experience in most of the following:

• Delivering or designing AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation training
• Hands-on experience with:
• Power BI
• Power Automate
• AI Agent tools (Copilot Studio or similar)
• No-code / low-code predictive modelling tools
• Ability to explain complex topics without technical jargon
• Strong instructional design and storytelling skills
• Experience training non-technical and managerial audiences
• Confident slide design and workshop facilitation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)

Strong Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Enterprise or government training experience
• Background in consulting, management, operations, or analytics
• Familiarity with governance, security, and adoption frameworks
• Ability to localize content for regional audiences

Compensation

• Pay ranges from 1,000 EGP to 10,000 EGP
• Final compensation depends on:
• Length of the course material
• Technical depth and complexity
• Number of slides, exercises, and supporting materials required
• Clear scope and expectations are agreed before starting any work
