About Envision Lab

Envision Lab is a KHDA approved, Dubai-based applied learning institute specialising in simulation-based, custom-designed training for government, semi-government, and private sector clients across the UAE.

We are building our network of freelance facilitators and subject matter experts to support an expanding portfolio of training engagements across the UAE. This is a project-based, on-call arrangement — we reach out when a programme matches your profile.

Domains We Are Sourcing For

Primary:

• Executive Leadership & Management Development (including strategic, transformational, crisis, and ethical leadership; coaching and mentoring; women in leadership; high-performing teams)
• Strategy, Foresight & Innovation (including strategic planning, design thinking, future skills, organisational resilience, government accelerators)
• AI, Digital Transformation & Future Skills (including AI for leaders, digital mindset, responsible AI, cybersecurity awareness, data and business intelligence)

What We're Looking For

• Based in the UAE
• Proven facilitation or training delivery experience with professional or government audiences
• Strong command of Arabic
• Relevant certifications or advanced qualifications in your domain (preferred)
• Available for project-based engagements with reasonable lead time
