Trainer - Nail Technician

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nail Technician Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail artistry and a genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring future nail professionals.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions that combine both practical and theoretical learning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in all aspects of nail technology, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and salon hygiene practices.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, training modules, and assessment materials that align with industry standards.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their skill development.
• Stay current with emerging nail trends, techniques, tools, and products to ensure training content remains up to date.
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspire, motivate, and mentor students to achieve professional excellence in their craft.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician with strong technical expertise across a range of nail services.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Nail Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching, creativity, and the beauty industry.
