Trainer & Quality Analyst (Night Shift)

Job Description

• Auditing for Gurgaon and Jaipur teams.
• Provide feedback.
• Participate in process & training calls as required.
• Reporting.
• Will be actively involved in creating audit & sample plans, and feedback sharing.
• QA will be involved in regular calibration calls.
• Will be actively involved in managing escalations received externally and internally.
• Work closely with the Ops supervisors to develop agent & team level action plans for Quality improvement.
• Perform all other assigned tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Create training schedules and plans.
• Will provide project specific training to new hires.
• Provide refresher training to the team, as required.
• Monitor quality and productivity of new hires.

Education & Qualification

• Proper knowledge of medical billing in both AR & denials.
• Minimum 2 yrs experience in medical billing with at least 6 months experience as trainer or Q/A (medical billing process).
• Graduate in any stream from recognized university
