HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first-ever implementation of 3-

dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension

2), and Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch

calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access with unlimited sessions ranging from

HOT Yoga to HOT Cycle, HOT Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a

virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to

give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Our ideal candidate(s) will have previous commission-based sales experience and

thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others

to live a healthier lifestyle. As a (PT) HOTWORX Trainer Sales Associate you will be

responsible for both inside and outside sales; new membership sales, retaining

and growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads,

community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads, retail

sales and ongoing customer service and member engagement. We provide

substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Commission sales-focused individuals, ability to close the deal

• Must have excellent customer service skills - Required
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills – Required
• Comfortable with social media.
• Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls
• High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals looking to continually grow
• Ability to achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas
• Must be an outgoing, quick learner, confident
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio
• through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service to
• keep long-term members.
• Marketing Outreach - promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the
• community including doing research, outreach to prospective members by
• phone, text, email, and social media. Organizing and conducting events to
• build community awareness and drive new memberships.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, sales
• calls, closed sales and follow up.
• Product knowledge - demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the fitness
• studio - pricing structure, memberships, sauna operation, merchandise
• (current and new products) etc.
• Facility Excellence - ensure the fitness studio and equipment is clean and
• tidy to meet company standards. Keep the studio in pristine shape. (cleaning
• saunas, floors, restrooms etc while on shift)
