We are looking for a versatile
Training & Development Professional
to join our organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a background in
HR, IT, Administration, or Education
to apply their expertise in a practical, people-focused environment. You will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and supporting learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and drive organizational effectiveness across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with different departments (IT, HR, Operations, Admin) to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.

Design, coordinate, and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities.

Develop training materials, user guides, and resources tailored to diverse audiences (from technical software to soft skills).

Manage the logistics and administration of the training calendar, venues, and materials.

Track participation, gather feedback, and measure the basic effectiveness of training interventions.

Support the maintenance of learning platforms and knowledge management systems.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
Field of study is flexible; ideal backgrounds include:
Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Education, Psychology, or related disciplines.

Experience:
This is mandatory.
3+ years of proven experience in a relevant role such as: Training Coordination, IT Support & Training, HR Development, Program Administration, or Teaching/Instruction with a focus on adult learning.

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, cultural sensitivity, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in Arabic and English. Technical aptitude is a plus for supporting IT-related training.
