Job Title: Training & Placement Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

About the Role

AA University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training & Placement Manager to lead campus placement activities, corporate relations, and student employability training initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, ensuring high placement rates, and preparing students to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Placement & Corporate Relations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR professionals, and industry leaders.
• Invite companies for campus recruitment drives.
• Organize on-campus and off-campus placement activities.
• Coordinate pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
• Maintain employer database and track placement statistics.

2. Student Training & Development

• Design and implement training programs to enhance students’ employability skills.
• Conduct sessions on resume building, interview preparation, aptitude training, soft skills, and personality development.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with departments to address them.
• Arrange industry workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.

3. Placement Strategy & Reporting

• Develop annual placement plans and targets.
• Track placement performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and ranking requirements related to placements.

4. Industry Collaboration

• Establish MoUs with companies for internships and placements.
• Facilitate internships, live projects, and industrial visits.
• Build long-term partnerships with key recruiters.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations (preferably in higher education).
• Strong industry network and corporate connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders including students, faculty, and recruiters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹336,474.68 - ₹899,583.23 per year
