Job Summary:
The Training Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the training institute by assisting in training delivery, coordination, customer service, sales support, and basic office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer interaction, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist trainers with training sessions, materials, and classroom setup
  • Coordinate training schedules, batches, and participant communications
  • Support in handling course inquiries, registrations, and basic sales follow-ups
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Support marketing activities and promotional coordination
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and basic documentation
  • Perform general office and administrative support tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a training or service environment preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
  • Customer-focused, organized, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
