TRAINING CDL CLASS B GARBAGE, YARD WASTE & RECYCLE TRUCK DRIVERS

Highland Sanitation & Recycling Inc is now hiring and training BOTH experienced and new Class B drivers for our open routes!

Pay is hourly, with our routes being around 40-45 hours each week, with a raise available after 90 says depending on performance and attendance. The routes run Monday through Friday, start time is 5:30 am until approximately 2:30 pm.

The routes are physical and require the driver to get in and out of the truck, several hundred times per day, as well as moving the carts to and from the truck and either dumping the cart by hand or using the hydraulic cart tipper to dump the cart.

Pay varies depending on work experience and qualifications!

If you do not have your class B license, we will help new employees obtain their class B license as we are approved for entry level driver training for Class B! Contract us for details!

Qualifications

-No experience needed

-Clean personal driving record

-Able to lift and push/pull up to 75 lbs

-Self motivated & reliable with good work ethic

-Ability to follow established routes and read a map

-At least a Class B permit or willingness to get one prior to hire

Preference given to candidates with the following:

-CDL Class B license

-Previous CDL driving experience

-Previous experience with residential delivery driver type jobs

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
