Position Overview:
Ziegler Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Training & Compliance Coordinator to manage employee safety training records, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain audit-ready documentation. This role plays a key part in keeping our workforce trained, certified, and compliant.
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and audit the Company Training Matrix.
  • Track certifications, expirations, and compliance in HRIS (ADP, etc.).
  • Monitor training gaps and notify employees/managers of required actions.
  • Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and third-party training.
  • Support onboarding with assigned training and completion tracking.
  • Schedule background screenings, medical evaluations, and drug testing.
  • Maintain confidential employee records.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of administrative, HR, or customer service experience.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (ADP, NetSuite, Procore preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Clear communication and vision for office tasks.
