Position Overview:
Ziegler Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Training & Compliance Coordinator to manage employee safety training records, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain audit-ready documentation. This role plays a key part in keeping our workforce trained, certified, and compliant.
What You’ll Do:

Maintain and audit the Company Training Matrix.

Track certifications, expirations, and compliance in HRIS (ADP, etc.).

Monitor training gaps and notify employees/managers of required actions.

Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and third-party training.

Support onboarding with assigned training and completion tracking.

Schedule background screenings, medical evaluations, and drug testing.

Maintain confidential employee records.
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1–2 years of administrative, HR, or customer service experience.

Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (ADP, NetSuite, Procore preferred).

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
