Key Responsibilities
1. Training Needs Analysis
- Engage with clients to assess organizational training requirements
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through meetings, surveys, and assessments
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions
2. Training Design & Development
- Design customized training programs aligned with client objectives
- Develop course materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments
- Adapt existing content to suit industry-specific or client-specific needs
3. Training Delivery
- Deliver high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual)
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences
- Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback
4. Client Engagement & Consultancy
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on learning and development strategies
- Present training proposals and solutions to clients
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business
5. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Achieve individual or team sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into projects
6. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods
- Stay updated with industry trends and learning technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field
- Certification in training (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) is an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in training, consulting, or L&D roles
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
