WHAT WE NEED:

Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance performance, support career development, and align with organizational goals. This role collaborates with leaders to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs across departments and develop strategic learning plans
• Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
• Manage onboarding programs for new hires
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create role-specific training content
• Lead initiatives for leadership development, soft skills, and technical training
• Manage learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and development

WHO WE NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or talent development
• Strong presentation skills, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Ability to analyze data and measure training impact
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• UKG experience is a plus
