The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs and learning activities. The role ensures smooth execution of training sessions, compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements (where applicable), and effective communication with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Training Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and courses
- Prepare annual and monthly training calendars
- Liaise with trainers, instructors, and subject matter experts
- Arrange training venues, virtual platforms, and required resources
- Ensure all logistics are completed before each training session
Administration & Documentation
- Manage training registrations and attendance records
- Prepare training materials and participant packs
- Maintain trainee databases and training records
- Issue certificates and completion reports
- Ensure documentation complies with UAE regulatory or accreditation standards (if applicable — e.g., KHDA, DOH, DHA, SCFHS-equivalent programs)
Communication
- Communicate training schedules and updates to participants
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Handle participant inquiries and support requests
- Send reminders and follow-up communications
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure training delivery meets quality standards
- Support audit and accreditation requirements
- Collect feedback and evaluation forms
- Prepare post-training reports
Systems & Platforms
- Manage LMS or training platforms
- Upload course content and attendance data
- Track learner progress and completion status
- Support online and hybrid training delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field
- Certification in Training Coordination or L&D is a plus
- UAE experience in training or education sector preferred
Required Skills

Experience
- 2–5 years experience in training coordination, L&D, or education administration
- Experience in accredited training centers or corporate training preferred

- Experience with medical or healthcare training programs
- Knowledge of UAE training regulations or accreditation bodies
- Event or conference coordination experience
