TRAINING COORDINATOR

SynergyLabs is seeking to fill a newly created position of Training Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of engaging training programs across our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing employee skills, fostering continuous learning, and ensuring the effective delivery of educational content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training modules
  • Translate SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements into engaging, structured learning content
  • Create supporting materials including assessments, job aids, and instructional videos
  • Deliver role-specific onboarding and refresher training
  • Track and coordinate departmental On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • Manage specialized training initiatives (e.g., Powered Industrial Truck training)
  • Maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Training & Development, HR Development, or related field is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferred
  • Understanding of LMS platforms and training documentation systems
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning tools preferred
  • OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
