Abogados MMS Qatar is seeking a passionate Training & Development Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing the skills and competencies of our employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a training and development role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to design engaging training materials and utilize various training methods.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and tools.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 70 to 130 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
