Position Overview

The Training & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for recording, organizing, maintaining, and distributing internal training materials. This role ensures that all training resources are professionally documented, securely stored, and readily accessible to therapists and team members upon request.

This position plays a critical role in supporting onboarding, compliance training, and ongoing staff development initiatives. The role is housed within the Human Resources department and collaborates closely with IT to ensure proper technical infrastructure and data security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record internal training sessions, onboarding modules, and instructional content using approved screen recording tools.
  • Edit and format recorded materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation.
  • Organize and maintain a structured digital training repository within the company’s shared drive system.
  • Ensure consistent file naming conventions, version control, and secure access management.
  • Distribute training materials to therapists and staff members upon request in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor training documentation and maintain updated records of available materials.
  • Coordinate with HR leadership to ensure compliance-related training materials are current and accessible.
  • Partner with IT to ensure appropriate storage, permissions, and data protection protocols are maintained.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to training documentation and knowledge management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR operations, digital content management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in screen recording platforms (e.g., Loom, Zoom, Camtasia, or equivalent tools).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage systems such as Google Drive or SharePoint.
  • Basic video editing skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Department Placement

Although the position requires technical capability, its primary function supports employee training, onboarding, compliance, and workforce development.
