Position Overview
The Training & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for recording, organizing, maintaining, and distributing internal training materials. This role ensures that all training resources are professionally documented, securely stored, and readily accessible to therapists and team members upon request.
This position plays a critical role in supporting onboarding, compliance training, and ongoing staff development initiatives. The role is housed within the Human Resources department and collaborates closely with IT to ensure proper technical infrastructure and data security.
