Training Manager

We are looking for a " Training Manager" in Çalık Enerji Headquarters located in Istanbul.


Job Description

  • Execute the annual global training strategy in line with company’s global goals, Turkey -EMEA region - Central Asia region projects and country & liaison offices’ skill gaps and workforce needs,
  • Partner with line managers and deliver leadership training, soft skill training, technical training, legally required training, orientation training and execution of the development programs training needs,
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare department and individual based development plans,
  • Leverage digital learning platforms to track and report employee development progress, (Linkedin Learning , SuccessFactors Development Module or LMS system knowledge are plus)
  • Build a sustainable learning ecosystem through internal trainers and global training providers.
  • Manage the training budget and measure the return on learning investment (ROI),
  • Work closely with Organizational Development and Talent Management team on the design and implementation of development programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and satisfaction and propose continuous improvements,
  • Organize cross-cultural orientation and adaptation programs for new countries and new employees assigned to international projects,
  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications team to prepare and share social media content highlighting the company’s learning culture, openness to innovation, and commitment to employee development.


Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, (Engineering or Educational Sciences are plus)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in global training processes, development program’s training management, budget management and international training providers-vendor management,
  • Excellent command of English, (Additionally, German and Russian are plus)
  • Proven expertise in digital learning solutions and learning technologies,
  • Strong analytical & reporting capabilities, project management, presentation, and communication skills,
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
