We're conducting a confidential search for a Training Manager to join one of Southern California's premier luxury hospitality organizations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about developing people, elevating service standards, and creating a Forbes-level guest experience across a luxury resort operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality training and development across hotel, spa, food & beverage, and guest-facing operations.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs that reinforce luxury service standards.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve service consistency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Conduct service observations, quality audits, and coaching sessions.
• Analyze guest feedback and mystery shop results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of service excellence while supporting Forbes and AAA standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality training and development experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Luxury hotel, resort, spa, or upscale hospitality background preferred.
• Outstanding presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Forbes Travel Guide, AAA, or Michelin service standards experience is a plus.
