Position: Training Manager
Salary: PKR 50,000 (Fixed)
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday)

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing agents.
• Build sales, communication, and compliance skills that stick.
• Monitor agent performance post-training and provide coaching where needed.
• Develop training materials, roleplays, and activities that keep learners hooked.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to address skill gaps.
• Keep training sessions fun, high-energy, and results-driven.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Call Center Trainer (must-have).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and energize teams.
• Strong grasp of sales scripts, customer service, and compliance.
• Creative mind—able to turn boring lectures into interactive learning.
