RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Relations Officer:
− Handle company paperwork, including regulatory and compliance documentation, licenses.
− Oversee the registration and updating of vendor details and manage tendering platforms
to support business procurement processes.
Administrative and Office Support:
− Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, training, and
tracking office supplies.
− Maintain organized filing systems and
− Support team members with various logistical needs to enhance office functionality.
− Respond to business inquiries to the company’s email address and phone number.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree
With a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a training institute, managing licenses, vendors, and trainers.
