The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and evaluating their impact to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles efficiently and support organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads and line managers.
  • Develop and update annual training plans based on business and employee development needs.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate in-house training programs (technical, soft skills, and leadership).
  • Coordinate external training programs, ensuring alignment with company standards and budget.
  • Maintain and update training records, databases, and reports.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate learning initiatives with performance management and talent development.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with training policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with new learning technologies and methods (e-learning platforms, LMS, etc.).


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a training or talent development role.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong MS Office and presentation skills.


  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
