Training Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Training Specialist to support the design, delivery, and coordination of training programs across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing learning initiatives, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring employees gain the skills and knowledge required to perform effectively. This role requires strong facilitation skills, organizational ability, and a passion for employee development.

Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Coordination
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training).
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, materials, and participant communication.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Content Development
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Ensure content aligns with company standards and learning objectives.
Training Needs Support
  • Support training needs analysis (TNA) by collecting feedback and identifying skill gaps.
  • Work with managers and HR teams to support development plans.
Learning Administration
  • Manage training records, attendance, and reporting using LMS or tracking tools.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with training requirements.
Evaluation & Improvement
  • Collect feedback on training programs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance training quality and engagement.
Stakeholder Support
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and departments to support learning initiatives.
  • Provide support for ad hoc training projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in training, L&D, or HR roles.
  • Experience delivering or coordinating training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with training tools, LMS, or e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
  • Background in corporate or operational environments.
  • Certification in training or instructional design (a plus).
  • Experience with onboarding or employee development programs.
