These positions are primarily remote; however, candidates must be willing to travel to the Washington, D.C. area for occasional onsite meetings, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops as required.
- Develops user guides, job aids, training curricula, and other instructional materials.
- Conducts virtual and in-person training sessions for end users, administrators, and support staff.
- Assists with change management and knowledge transfer to promote successful adoption of new applications.
- Updates documentation and training materials as enhancements are released.
