Job Overview
Specialist – Sales Training will play a hands-on role in the design, coordination and facilitation of
sales training programs across the organization. The role focuses on building frontline sales
capabilities, enhancing customer engagement and reinforcing the Binghatti brand standards.
Reporting to the Manager – Sales Training, this role is instrumental in delivering consistent, high quality training experiences that drive performance and productivity.
Key duties and Responsibilities
Training Delivery and Coordination

Facilitate sales training sessions for new hires and existing team members with a focus on customer interaction, product knowledge and sales excellence.

Support the rollout of training initiatives by managing logistics, attendance tracking, materials preparation and session feedback.

Conduct refresher sessions, on-the-job training and follow-ups to reinforce learning outcomes.
Content Development Support

Assist in developing engaging training materials, presentations, manuals and e-learning content aligned with Binghatti sales philosophy.

Customize training content based on departmental goals and participant feedback.

Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the sales training knowledge base.
Performance Monitoring

Track participation, post-training assessments and employee progress against learning goals.

Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to help evaluate training effectiveness.

Share insights with the Manager – Sales Training to refine programs and improve impact.
Stakeholder Support and Collaboration

Coordinate with Sales, HR and Marketing teams to ensure training efforts are aligned with operational needs and brand positioning.

Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to training schedules, content and learning systems.

Support internal trainers, guest facilitators or external partners as needed.
Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate training records, certification logs and employee learning histories.

Ensure proper documentation of session feedback and follow-ups in line with internal procedures.

Contribute to the preparation of monthly or quarterly reports on training activities.
Position Requirements
Work Experience
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Educational Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
Skills/Behaviour Attributes

Strong leadership in sales training program development and execution

Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and sales methodologies

Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training curricula
