About the Role
AccountTECH is hiring a detail-oriented Training Video Production Assistant to support our growing training department.
This role focuses on transforming internal training materials into high-quality video content using AI tools and video editing software.
Responsibilities
- Organize training materials (slides, screenshots, audio, notes)
- Structure content into spreadsheets and workflows
- Use AI tools (Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.) to transform content
- Convert PowerPoints into structured scripts and videos
- Produce polished training videos using Camtasia
- Maintain organized training libraries
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ElevenLabs, or similar)
- Experience using Camtasia
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow structured workflows
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Availability for 40 hours/week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate or accounting software
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
