This is a full-time on-site role for a Transaction Lawyer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at JARS’ Noida office. The role involves managing and advising on M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating legal documents, conducting legal due diligence, analyzing regulatory and compliance requirements, and providing strategic legal support to clients. The Transaction Lawyer will collaborate closely with the financial advisory team to ensure seamless integration and execution of deals.

• Strong understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documentation related to M&A transactions
• Proficiency in conducting legal due diligence and analyzing regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant professional experience and a degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department focusing on M&A transactions is a plus
